999 TK Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 999 TK platform at 999-tk.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 999 TK. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 999 TK platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of 999 TK, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and anyone who interacts with any 999 TK service. Using the platform in any capacity — even without registering — constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 999 TK, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 999 TK employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 999 TK platform.

999 TK reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 999 TK. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed at 999 TK's discretion. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering on 999 TK, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999 TK account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 999 TK will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 999 TK support immediately.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Accounts registered with false information may be closed without notice.
• 999 TK may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 999 TK are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No international payment methods or cryptocurrency deposits are currently supported.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be adjusted by 999 TK from time to time. Deposits are credited to your 999 TK account balance in real time once confirmed by the payment provider.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• 999 TK does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit fails to credit, contact 999 TK support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 999 TK are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in BDT to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. 999 TK does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within three minutes of submission. In some cases — particularly for larger amounts or where identity verification is pending — processing may take longer. 999 TK will notify you if additional verification is required before a withdrawal can be completed.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of request.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• 999 TK reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not matching your registered name will be declined.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

999 TK offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus on 999 TK, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

All bonuses on 999 TK are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• 999 TK reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits may have their eligibility for certain promotions affected.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 999 TK are subject to the specific rules of the game or sports market being wagered on. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game or market.

Once a bet is confirmed on 999 TK, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming. 999 TK is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets.
• 999 TK reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of betting.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or payout, 999 TK reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play bets on sports events are subject to the live betting rules published in the Sports Events section.
• 999 TK may impose individual betting limits on any player account at its discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 999 TK. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on 999 TK.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the 999 TK platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use 999 TK for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999 TK staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999 TK platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 999 TK or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 999 TK content without prior written permission.

The 999 TK name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of 999 TK. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in social media profiles, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999 TK platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, or systematically download any content from the 999 TK platform.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to 999 TK may be used by the platform without obligation to compensate you.

10 Privacy and Data

999 TK collects and processes personal data as described in the 999 TK Privacy Policy. By registering on 999 TK, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the 999 TK platform. 999 TK does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data 999 TK holds about you.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

999 TK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The player has provided false registration information.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), the remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

14 Changes to These Terms
